So here is full line up for this season's Fashion Rio, Rio-a-Porter and Sao Paulo Fashion Week. Of course the favorites will be there: Cantao, Redley, Maria Bonita Extra, and all the ones to watch as well. It'll be hard to keep Winter in mind when the weather outside is sunny and 90 degrees, but I'll try.

This first trend that Michelle Trachtenberg is sporting here is a perfect complement to another trend we already love. Add an embellished shirt to the structured jacket and you're ready for night time fun with a look that works perfectly for a dinner date or out dancing with the girls.
And another trend that goes with pretty much anything, is the bright colored bag (like this one Sarah Jessica Parker was seen carrying around New York). Jewel toned purses should be in your wardrobe for those times when you need to brighten an outfit without rethinking what you're wearing.

We know how uncomfortable and stiff some of the most popular fabrics can be, so people are even alergic to warm fabric like wool and hemp. So with that in mind, we got alot of great chic pieces that are made with super soft bamboo fabric. And according to wisegeek.com:

Even though Fall and Spring runways were filled with eighties influences (which are here to stay), the forties also played a huge role and fall trends are full of huge shoulders, cinched waists, and great trenches. Elie Saab, Dolce & Gabbana and Bottega Veneta all had beautiful romantic forties silhouettes. And though most of them would look great on Joan Crawford and any spy movie, there are a lot of ways to bring that romance into your fall looks.

There were a lot of neon shades going down the runway for Fall, but one of our favorites was the neon pink. Though we love a full on neon look like this one from Michael Kors, I think that a dash of neon pink goes a long way in real life. It's pretty chili out there today so I know that Fall has definitely arrived... I'll be sharing my favorite trends for fall and I had to start with this one: The White Shirt - Sounds simple enough, but find a white shirt that brings some excitement to an outfit. I love puff sleeves or pleats. Wear it with a fitted trouser or a pencil skirt and look super sleek. Mix it with colors and accessories and make it cool. I know it's a bit difficult to think of next summer when we're just about to enter fall and winter, but for those of us who are used to the idea that the Southern Hemisphere gets to surf on Christmas day, or are lucky enough to "winter" in South America, here is some of what we'll all be wearing when the sun comes out again. When I saw Cantão's summer 2009/2010 at this year's Fashion Rio I was instantly taken to the Little Big Island that was the show's theme and as they put it:
The women of Cantão value creativity and the ability to manually create what she wears. The loose silhouette attains mooring techniques, intertwining that allows adjustments to the body, overlapping layers and sophisticated patchworks of different materials such as linen, silk voile and lace. Cuts in different directions of the threading, appliqués, macramé and tresse - also used in sandals, are other features composing the crafty characteristics of the collection, as are the floral prints that seem to have been hand drawn by women.
